Aldo was arrested on 22 December 2022, accused of attacking the National
Directorate of Gendarmerie with an explosive device in December 2021. He is
charged with the attack and 16 counts of attempted homicide, as there were
prison guards in the building at the time of the detonation, and charges of
possession of weapons and ammunition during the raid. The trial has begun
and, for now, there is a request for an exemplary sentence of 90 year for Aldo.

Aleksandr Snezhkov
On October 31st 2022, two anarchist teenagers from Chita, Russian Far East, a
19-year old Aleksandr Snezhkov and a 16-year old Lyubov Lizunova were
arrested for writing a graffiti "Death to the regime”. They were also suspected
of administrating a telegram channel with anarchist and anti-war content.

‘They were soon released pending trial, but after an unsuccessful attempt to
escape, Aleksandr Snezhkov was transferred to a remand prison, and Lyubov.
Lizunova was taken under house arrest. Moreover, the case has a third suspect,
whose name has so far not been published by the authorities.

On April 25, 2024, the 1t District Military Court in a visiting session in Chita
sentenced Alexander Snezhkov to 6 years, and Lyubov Lizunova to 3.5 years in
prison. On the eve of the debate, the prosecutor asked to appoint Snezhkov 7,
Lizunova 5 years. The court also dismissed Lizunova's criminal case of
vandalism for graffti due to the expiration of the statute of limitations on
prosecution for minors.

Aliaksandr was a member of Food Not Bombs Minsk. He was detained early in
the morning on July 29, 2021 at the exit from the house. During the arrest, he
was beaten, his house was searched, after which he was taken to the KG8,
where he was tortured and beaten. Initially, he was accused of actively
participating in the protest on August 23, 2020, although by that time he had
already served an administrative arrest for this.

criminal case were charged with additional charges under Part 3 of Art. 3611 of
the Criminal Code - participation in an extremist formation for subscribing to

happened only in November 2021.

Aliaksandr was detained August 12, 2020. He was charged with organising
mass riots, setting up an international criminal organisation of anarchists,
inciting hatred against the police, destructing property, and other crimes (a
total of 13 articles of the Criminal Code). The international criminal organisation
charges was started by cops in February 2021. They claim that the organisation
had cells in various cities and countries and was sponsored by informal
foundations. A total of 10 people were involved in the Revolutionary Action
case, with some five more wanted. September 6, 2022, Aliaksandr was
sentenced to 17 years in prison. The sentence was later commuted by three
months,

Aliaksandr was detained on August 22, 2021 near the cottage of the chairman
of the Supreme Court. He was accused of attempted arson of the cottage (part
1 of article 14 and part 2 of article 289 of the Criminal Code Attempt of terrorist
act in a group of persons). The trial was closed and went on for three weeks. On
April 15, 2022, Aliaksandr was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment in a
reinforced regime colony.a

Alexey Rozhkov.
In May 2025 Alexey was sentenced to 16 years in prison. On May 29th, anti-war
activist Alexey Rozhkov, who had fled from Russia to Kyrgyzstan, was extending
his temporary registration in his host country. The very next day, early in the
morning, security forces broke in to his home. He told Solidarity Zone about his.
illegal deportation to Russia, the interview is also published in English. Alexey
Rozhkov was the third known person in Russia to set fire to military
enlistment office on the 11th of March 2022, two weeks after the full-scale
invasion of the Russian amy into Ukraine. He was soon detained, but in the
Summer of 2022 he was released to wait for trial and he escaped from Russia to

Alfredo Cospito
Alfredo Cospito (born 1967) is an Italian anarchist. In 2012 he was sentenced to
10 years for kneecapping the head of the Italian nuclear power company.
Ansaldo Nucleare. Whilst imprisoned, he was convicted of the 2006 bombing of
a Carabinieri barracks in which nobody was harmed. The Supreme Court of
Cassation later increased the sentence to life without parole. In 2022, Cospito
was placed into the 41-bis prison regime, which involves solitary confinement
for 22 hours every day. In protest, he began a hunger strike in October 2022
‘The Supreme Court rejected the appeal against his placement in the 41-bis
system in March 2023, then the following month the Constitutional Court ruled
in favour of allowing the reduction of Cospito's sentence from life imprisonment
to 23 years. In response to the latter, he stopped his hunger strike after 180
days on 19 April 2023; he had lost 50 kg. Cospito commented in court "There is
o evidence that we placed the bombs in Fossano [...] Anarchists do not make
indiscriminate massacres, because anarchists are not the state"

Andreas Krebs
Andreas s a former rebel long-term prisoner, who was 16 years behind bars
until October 2014. He helped build the prisoners' union (GG/BO) behind bars,
led various hunger strikes against the lousy conditions in prison and took part
in a solidarity hunger strike for prisoners in Greece. In autumn 2014, after his
release, he met his current wife Jutta. Both decided to spend a quiet retirement
in the south of Italy. At the end of December 2016 there was a dispute with his
former employer, who attacked Andreas and strangled him. Andreas stabbed
him in self-defence with a penknife. The employer died in the hospital three
days later under mysterious circumstances, although it was said shortly after
the act that he would survive. In April 2019 he was sentenced in Italy to 24
years for intended murder. Andreas was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Despite
this, he did not receive any treatment in prison. After a long struggle, he has
finally been transferred to a german prison to be closer to friends and family.
This year, he probably suffered a second stroke. He can barely move his left
arm and can no longer hear anything in his left ear. Despite these serious
health limitations, he continues to be left alone in his cell at night.

direction a series of direct actions claimed by the

Bill Dunne is an anti-authoritarian sentenced to 90 years for the attempted
liberation of an anarchist prisoner in 1979. He was arrested in 1979 when he
and Larry Giddings attempted to free fellow revolutionary Artie Ray Dufur. The
two successfully freed Artie, but were arrested after an exchange of fire with
police as they were fleeing the scene. Bill was charged with possession of an
automatic weapon, auto theft, and with aiding & abetting the escape. Charges
further alleged the operation was financed by bank expropriations and
facilitated by illegal acquisition of weapons and explosives. 8ill received and 80
year federal prison sentence. In 1983, Bill attempted to escape prison and was
given another 15 years in prison.

Brian “Peppy” DiPippa is serving 60 months after his house was raided in the
aftermath of an April 18, 2023, demonstration against a University of
Pittsburgh-sanctioned event that promoted hatred toward transgender people
and communities. The speaking event featured notorious transphobes Brad
Polumbo and Michael Knowles, and posed the question, “should
transgenderism be regulated by law?” The goverment alleged that in the
protests outside the event, a “civil isorder” occurred, when one commercially

Casey Brezik is an anarchist from the Kansas City area who was charged with
slashing the throat of the Dean of Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.
“This occurred when the Govemor of Missouri, Jay Nixon, was scheduled to give a
talk at the college. In February 2011, the state declared him to be incapable of
standing trial, which means he was forced to stay locked up in a mental
institution pre-trial until June of 2013. He was sentenced to 12 years on each of
three counts - assault, and two armed criminal action charges - and seven
years on a second count of assault. All sentences wil run concurrently. In 2022,
Casey was set to be released on parole but was charged with assaulting a

of 14 parcel bombs. All are also under investigation conceming the ‘Phoenix’

Denis is one of two boys arrested in 2020, accused of

plotting a terrorist attack. According to the charges, they were, among
other things, planning to build the headquarters of the Russian security
service FSB in Minecraft, and to blow it up there. During the Soviet

Era, the FS8 had different names, the last before the disintegration of
the Soviet union being FSB.

Nikita and Denis were arrested after they spread posters demanding the
release of anarchist and mathematician Azat Miftakhov, arested in
Moscow. One of the posters was posted on the local FSB building in
Kansk. Denis and Nikita were also planning to organize a Food Not
Bombs-event in Kansk, to give food to the homeless.

high-security prison. Before his arrest in October 2020, Dzmitry was on the run
for 10 years persecuted for direct actions of 2009-2010. In early September
2022, he was sentenced with 5 years for that (total sentence became 20
years). Dzmitry was put on the lst of “terrorists”, which means that he s not
allowed to receive money transfers.

Dzmitry Rezanovich was detained while crossing the border of Belarus with
Ukraine on the night of October 28-29, 2020. He said they were treated by
border guards worse than they usually treat 5o called «illegal immigrants».
Dzmitry also emphasized he was saved

from torture just because Siarhei Ramanau sliced his hands with a razor to stop
the torment and viciousness. He, together with Ihar Alinevich, Dzmitry
Dubouski and Siarhei Ramanau, was charged under a number of articles for
Setting fire to government officials’ vehicles, the building of the traffic police
and the state committee of expertise in the Homel region.

On December, 22 2020, Dzmitry was sentenced to 19 years imprisonment
under a strengthened prison regime. In February 2021 the KGB put Dzmitry on
the list of "persons involved in terrorist activities". Persons from this list are
banned from transferring money. On April, 26, 2024 his had 2 years added for

Fotis was detained on 12 May 2015 and accused of armed robbery and
attempted homicide of DIAS cops. A month after the arrests a snitch, also
accused of the robbery, gave the comrade’s name and signed everything the

citizens and cops, who with their testimonies contributed once more to a

Santiago, Chile, and two anarchists, Francisco Solar and Ménica Caballero, were
arrested, accused of several actions with explosive devices between 2019 and
2020. Specifically, both are accused of the double explosive attack that took
place inside the Tanica building, a former Transocesnica real estate agency, in
the wealthy municipality of Vitacura, on 27 February 2020, an action claimed
by the Afinidades Armadas en Revuelta (Armed Affnities in Revolt). While only
Francisco is accused of the shipment of two parcel bombs: the firt against the
54th police station of Huchuraba, in the northern area of Santiago, which on 25
July 2018 caused the injury of eight policemen; the second to the offices of
Quiience, against the former Minister of the Interior Rodrigo Hinzpeter, in the
municipality of Las Condes, which arrived on the same date but was defused.
Francisco Solar was sentenced to 86 years in prison.

Jauhien was a member of Food Not Bombs Minsk and FreeMarket initiatives and
others. He was detained in the early hours of 29 July 2021 at home. During his
detention, he was tortured, including putting a bag over his head, pouring

searched, after which he was taken to KGB, where the torture continued. He
was initially accused of actively partici-

pating in protests in the autumn of 2020. In January 2022 he was additionally
charged under Part 3 Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code - participation in an
extremist formation for subscribing to the Pramen Telegram channel. It i
known that at the time of Jauhien’s detention, Pramen was not included in the
list of extremist formations, this only happened in November 2021. On Apri, 22
2022 he was sentenced to5 years imprisonment.

Jennifer Amelia Rose
Jennifer Amelia Rose is an anti-authoritarian trans woman and insurrectionist
amazon held captive for over 25 years for armed robberies and a 1995 attack
on a district attorney and associate prison warden. She took part in the 1991
Folsom Prison hunger strike, after which she was beaten and tortured,
convicted for armed resistance, and sentenced to multiple 25-to-lfe sentences
under the Three Strikes Law. She has spent over ten years in solitary
confinement at Folsom and the Pelican Bay Secure Housing Unit. Despite all of
this, Jennifer continues to struggle for freedom, remaining a committed anti-
authoritarian, anti-imperialist, anti-racist, anti-fascist, and anti-capitalist.

Jessica Reznicek s a 40 year old land and water defender who has worked with
and lived in the Des Moines Catholic Worker Community for the last 10 years. In
2016, Jessica took a stand against the construction of the Dakota Access
Pipeline in lowa. Jessica attended public comment hearings, gathered
signatures for valid requests for Environmental Impact Statements, and
participated in civi disobedience, hunger strikes, marches and rallies, boycotts

designated a domestic terrorist by the court and sentenced to 8 years in prison,
followed by 3 years supervised probation, and a restitution of $3,198,512.70

Joaquin Garcia Chanks
Joaquin has been convicted for bombing a prison guard training facility in San
Bermardo, Chile, along with his comrade Kevin Garrido. They both were arrested
the day of the bombing, November 19, 2015, and were held in prison until
September 2018, when the court sentenced Kevin to 17 years, and Joaquin to
13. On November 2nd, 2018, Kevin was murdered in prison by another prisoner.
In 2016, while awaiting sentence, Joaquin attacked the former boss the

Jorge “Yorch” Esquivel
Jorge "Yorch" Esquivel is an anarchist serving a 7.5 year sentence for trumped
up drug charges, thought to be fabricated due to his activism. Yorch is an
artisan, a cook, an anarchist, and has been part of the okupa and punk scenes
of Mexico City since a young age. Yorch has organized in solidarity with various
social movements by cooking and distributing food, including the student
movement, the workers’ movement, and the movement to free political
prisoners. For more than twenty years, Yorch has been a member of the Okupa
Che, an anarchist self-managed social center held since 1999 on the campus of
the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City. The
State and UNAM first detained Yorch in 2016, and then again in 2022, in an
attempt to criminalize the center and justify evicting the space. Yorch was first
detained by plain clothes officers just outside the UNAM campus in 2016,
charged with dealing drugs ater police planted a backpack full on various
drugs during the arrest. A judge eventually reduced the charges to simple.
possession and ordered Yorch be released. On December 8, 2022, Yorch was
detained again on the outskirts of the UNAM campus and the dismissed
charges were reinstated. On June 3, 2024, Yorch was sentenced to seven years
and six months in prison.

Juan Flores is serving a sentence of 23 years, having been convicted by the
Chilean state for incendiary attacks in 2014 claimed by the Conspiracy Cells of
Fire & International Conspiracy of Revenge. On July 23, 2014 a CCF cell
bombed “The Dominicans” station of the Santiago Metro, and on September 8,
2014 a shopping mall in Las Condes. In both instances, measures were taken
to ensure the bombs would not hurt anyone, but in the former a bag
containing the bomb was moved by a Metro employee, and in the latter the
police ignored a warning call the CCF cell made

10 minutes before the bomb was set to go off. As a result, the attacks ended
up injuring people, so the Chilean state was able to claim they were meant to
terrorize the population, and used an anti-terrorism law to obtain maximum
sentencing on March 15, 2018 after proclaiming Juan guilty of both attacks.
Two other comrades, Nataly Casanova and Enrique Guzman, were initially
charged alongside Juan, but after over three years of imprisonment and
criminal proceedings were found not guilty on all counts. For the attack on the.
“Liega Nord' in Treviso, he was sentenced to a final prison term of 14 years and
10 months (the original sentence was 28 years, but it was not final). In
addition, there are a number of penalties for resisting state authority, public
disorder, etc., which increased the sentence by 11 years. In October 2024, the
trial began in connection with the 2015 bombing of the police academy in
Brescia (he faces up to 30 years in prison).

Marius Mason
Marius Mason is a transgender, environmental and animal rights activist. In
1999, in the name of the Earth Liberation Front (ELF) he set fire to a lab at the
University of Michigan that was conducting research on genetically modified
organisms (GMO). After Marius' husband tumed states-evidence, Marius was
threatened with a life sentence for the arson and other acts of sabotage. With
little financial stability and fear of dragging his family into a costly legal battle,

Marcelo Villarroel Sepilveda
Marcelo was a MAPU Lautaro member and political prisoner in the 1990s.
Later, he was charged with taking part in the September 2007 Banco
Santander robbery in Valparaiso and the October 2007 Banco Security robbery
in Santiago during which repressive agent Luis Moyano died in a shootout
while they were making their escape.

After a period as a fugitive, Vilarroel was arrested on March 15, 2008 together
with Freddy Fuentevilla in Neuguen, Argentina. They were then deported to
Chile on December 15, 2009. Freddy and Juan Aliste Vega were charged with
the same, and were imprisoned for years awaiting trial and had it regularly
postponed. On July 2, 2014, the 3 comrades were sentenced in their absence,

video link. Marcelo was sentenced to 14 years in prison for the assault on

Anarchist Comdrade Marco Marino, also known s Zac got arrested and
accused of incendiary Attack against Greek Consulate in ltaly.

On March 28, two houses, one in Napol and one in Pozzuoli, were raided and
four comrades were taken to the police station, in connection with a 270 bis
investigation (anti-terrorist association), which was officialized in May 2022
following several house-searches.

Although the investigation is stil ongoing, one comrade was placed under
preventive arrest, accused of an arson attack against the Greek consulate in
2021 The prosecution contextualizes this attack within the campaign in
Solidarity with revolutionary Greek prisoner Dimitris Koufontinas, who at the
time was on hunger strike.

The comrade has now been taken to the Secondigliano prison and is placed in
the AS2 section (high security unit), while the three other comrades were.
released. According to the case’s files, the timing of the arrest was influenced
by the relentless solidarity actions with Alfredo Cospito, an anarchist prisoner
currently on hunger strike against the 41 bis regime and life imprisonment
without the possibility of parole.

Mikalai Dziadok was detained late in the evening of November 11, 2020. He
was tortured for several hours and forced to give passwords to his encrypted
devices. Mikalai was accused of gross violation of public order, calls to the
change of the regime via intemet and possession of Molotov cocktals (he
claims they were planted during the search).

The investigation believed that Dziadok repeatedly called for illegal actions on
his Intemet pages, including participation in protests and resisting cops.
Dziadok was forced to go underground before the protests started avoiding
preventive arrest.

In October 2021, Mikalai was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment.

In summer 2024, a new case was filed against him for “persistent
disobedience to prison administration’”

In March 2025 another new case was opened agains him and he was
transferred to a remand prison in Minsk

Sentence: was 4 years, 3 more years added for defying prison administration

Mikita and Ivan Kamar were detained on October, 20 2019 on suspicion of
attempting to set fire to a pre-trial detention facility in Minsk. This attack was
preceded by

another unsuccessful arson attempt. It is assumed that they also threw paint
bulbs at the building of Minsk City Court as a sign of solidarity with the same
comrade. On

12 February 2020 they were both sentenced to 7 years in prison, but after an
appeal the sentence was commuted to 4 years.

In prison, Mikita refused to sign form stating that he undertakes to follow
prison rules, which led to him being punished by segregation, solitary
confinement and eventually transfer to a high-security prison, where another
criminal case was brought against him for breaching the prison regime. He had
3 years added to his remaining sentence.

We are unaware of Mikita's political views, but since he is detained under the
anarchists' case, we consider it important to support him in every possible

way. Mikita was arrested March, 2 2021 together with some other activists who
were on the st of politically unreliable ones. Each of the detainees was,
charged with gross violation of order (Art. 342) and participation in an
international criminal organisation (Art. 285.2)

The grounds for the charges were the anarchists’ actions against the
accumlator battery factory (blocking the Brest-Minsk highway), the
participation of anarchists in the march of «non-parasites in Brest in 2017 and
graffit. According to the investigation, the activists of the Revolutionary Action
in Belarus, Revolutionary

Action in Ukraine and People’s Self-Defense in Russia created a criminal
organization to undermine the regimes. Mikita was sentenced to 6 years.

In the early hours of Friday, 24 July 2020, a number of searches took place in
Santiago, Chile, and two anarchists, Francisco Solar and Ménica Caballero,
were arrested, accused of several actions with explosive devices between
2019 and 2020. Specifically, both are accused of the double explosive attack
that took place inside the Tanica building, a former Transoceanica real estate
agency, in the wealthy municipality of Vitacura, on 27 February 2020, an
action claimed by the Afinidades Armadas en Revuelta (Armed Affinities in
Revolt).

She was sentenced to 12 years in prison

detention ever since. She is accused of publishing the anarchist weekly

arrest was preceded by various house searches, the seizure of an anarchist
printing press, various surveillance measures, and forensic investigations. N is

Nikita Uvarov
On June 2020, five teenagers were detained in Kansk (Russia), three were later
charged with training for a terrorist attack and organising a terrorist
community. In fact, they were putting leaflets in support of other imprisoned
anarchists, criticised the authorities online and discussed how to make
explosives and direct actions. Three people were ultimately convicted (two to
probation, and Nikita got 5 years in prison).

Nikos Maziotis
Nikos was sentenced to 86 years’ imprisonment in absentia in the
Revolutionary Struggle case. His sentence was merged into 50 years. However,
the maximum prison term is 25 years (which are typically served either as a
full sentence or by day wages in prisons, or after the completion of 3/5 of the
prison term, when a prisoner can be granted conditional release under specific
conditions).

Nikos was on the run for two years, was seriously wounded and arrested on
July 16, 2014, after a shootout with cops in Monastiraki. He was then
transferred to the tightly-guarded Evangelismos hospital, where he was,
hospitalised and has since been transfered to the Sth wing of the new type C
maximum security prison in Domokos. Prisoners in these special wings may.
have their mail intercepted and it may not reach the intended recipient.

As a member of Revlutionary Struggle, Nikos Maziotis assumed political
responsibilty for the bombing at the Bank of Greece, framed within the second
period in the ongoing action of the organisation. He received a life sentence
and 129 years of jailfor the formation and management of a terrorist
organization, for 5 attempted homicide against police officers, 2 expropriations
of banks and charges relating to commission, possession, construction of
explosives, dangerous personal injuries, arson, weapons of mass destruction

Nikos Palaiokostas passed away on 26.4.25, at the age of 65 in Trikala hospital
where he had been admitted following a health problem he had been facing

He is the eldest brother of the family, and brother of Vasils Palaiokostas, on the
evening of the 6th of June, 2006, a_ helicopter landed in the yard of the
Korydallos prison in Piracus, few moments later, it took off, carrying Vassilis
Palaiokostas and Alket Rizai. On February 22, 2009, escaped for the second
time from Koridallos prison, who is still being sought by the authorities.

In recent years, Nikos had been released on terms and conditions from the
prison of Lamia. Incompatible, unrepentant, for many years in illegality, he was.
one with his brother as well as with Kostas Samaras. A true wild man of the
mountains who never bowed his head.

Osman, born in 1959 in Samsun, s an anarchist prisoner who spent the last 23
years i prison. in 1992, he was sentenced to 30 years in prison with the
charges of being a member of a lefist terrarist group and robbery. He was also
imprisoned for 9 years between 1980-1989. Since Osman adopted anarchist
ideas in 2003, he also became vegan and supports animal liberation struggles.
Osman Evcan was imprisoned in many prisons all over the country during his
conviction. He built his life fighting against authoritarian violence and
especially the violence and oppression which is a systemic part of the prison's
hierarchical structure, and he still continues his fight against prison‘s
oppressive mentality, without giving an inch, aspiring to the right standards for
anarchist, vegan, libertarian individuals. The worst scenario for his release is
2028.

Sardinian comrade Paolo Todde, who was already persecuted in the first half of
the 2000 in the wake of the repression against the anarchist social center
FRARIA in Cagliari, has been in pretrial detention since October 23, 2024, for
robbery. He had already been arrested several years ago for armed robbery. On
April 25 2025, he and other prisoners began a hunger strike to protest the.
living conditions in the prison in Uta (Sardinia). The intervention of the so-
called “guarantors” (comparable to an ombudsman), who made only empty
and useless promises, led to the collective hunger strike being called off after
less than a week. However, Paolo decided to continue it on his own on May 8,
with the clear intention of seeing it through to the bitter end. We would like to
point out that Paolo is 64 years old and began the strike weighing only 61 k.
Paolo shares many dreams with us: that of a free Sardinia, hatred of prisons
and the society that produces them.

Pavel Krisevich

Pavel Krisevich is an actionist artist, who has been detained several times for
his performances, all of which have been against repression and for political
prisoners in Russia. His last action was a symbolic suicide performance in the
Red Square with a gun loaded with blank cartridges on the 11th of june 2021.
We support Krisevich not because he has been part of the anarchist movement
(he has not), but because he has prominently supported repressed anarchists,

We are unaware of Pavel's political views, but since he s detained under the
anarchists’ case, we consider it important to support him in every possible way.
Pavel was arrested March, 2 2021 together with some other activists who were
on the list of politically unreliable ones. Each of the detainees was charged
with gross violation of order (Art. 342) and participation in an interational
criminal organisation (Art. 285.2). The grounds for the charges were the
anarchists’ actions against the accumulator battery factory (blocking the Brest-
Minsk highway), the participation of anarchists in the march of «non-parasites»
in Brest in 2017 and graffit. According to the investigation, the activists of the
Revolutionary Action in Belarus, Revolutionary Action in Ukraine and People’s
Self-Defense in Russia created a criminal organization to undermine the
regimes. Pavel was sentenced to 6 years,

Pierlotero Fallanca was arrested in July 2023 to serve a 6-year sentence
following the Cassation court ecision for the process of “Operazione Panico", a
law enforcement operation started in 2017.

He was accused with other people, among other things, of placing a bomb.
outside a Casapound fascist's bookshop in Florence, where it exploded, injuring
2 bomb disposal expert who approached it without safety protection, losing the

Roman Shvedov
On the 23rd of September 2022 someone threw a firebomb with 3 ltres of gasoline
to an administration building in the Zimovski municipality of the Rostov region.
Roman Shvedou was soon arrested and charged with terrorism.

Solidarity Zone organised a lawyer to visit Roman in March, whom he told that he is
an anarchist and in very bad spirits. He refused any further support i the form of
lawyers, saying that he will be rotting in prison for years and lawyers cannot
change the outcome of his case. On December 18, the military court in Rostov.
sentenced him to sixteen years in a penal colony. Five hours after the sentencing,
Shvedov was found dead in his cell by a prison guard. The official explanation from
the Russian authorities is suicide, but the circumstances surrounding his death
remain unclear.

Ryan Dwyer and Ryan Roberts two anarchists are part of the Kil The Bill

What happened on 21st March 2021 was an outpouring of rage against the violence
of the police. The crowd fought back after police officers attacked the crowd with
batons and riot shields. Pepper spray was used indiscriminately, people were
charged at with horses and hit over the head with batons and shields . The
protesters fought back, seizing police riot shields, helmets and batons to defend
themselves. By the end of the evening several police vehicles had been set on fire.

He was sentenced to eight years, along with another comrade, for an explosive
device in front of the fascist Casa Pound bookshop in Florence on New Year's Eve
2017. Following the detonation of the device, a bomb disposal expert lost an eye
and part of a hand. The comrades spent two years in preventive detention before
being released pending trial.

In 2024, when the final sentence was handed down, the comrade could not be
traced.

On 15 February, he was arrested in Vallecas (Madrid). During his detention in Spain,
he was subjected to torture and ll-treatment. He is now imprisoned in Italy to serve
the remainder of his sentence (6 years).

Saveli Frolov
Saveli Frolov is a children and youth sport instructor from Narodo-Fominsk of the
Moscow region, who attempted to leave Russia for Georgia on October the 30th
2022. He was arrested on the border, and detained first for frivolous charges of
“refusing orders of the border guards” and then “minor hooliganism". Then on the
2nd of December 2022 he was charged for allegedly “attempting to cross to side of
the enemy”. According to authorities, he planned to leave Russia to join the Free

Since the begin of the war, Saveli has joined in anti-war actions and was imprisoned

Sean Swain
Sean Swain is a hostage held by a lawless rogue-state calling itself "The State of
Ohio.” He has been held without legal conviction or sentence since 1991 for the self-
defense killing of a court official’s relative who broke into Sean’s home and

time-wise, by her conviction in relation to her robbery of a 7/1 in Beaverton,
Oregon; she robbed the cashier at gunpoint for around-$860 and a handful of
Backwoods cigars. Though she succeeded in fleeing from the police, she was later
indicted while in custody pertaining to charges that arose from her Squatting of a
vacant veterinary clinic. She accepted a plea-agreement of the mandatory-
minimum, 90-months, per SORS 137.700.

All of her convictions run concurrently, meaning Sofia‘s hard-release date is set as
12122/2028. She has no remorse for her acts and holds the State in contempt. Sofia
is an intellectual, and though her acts arose of necessity they were not born of
impulse. She believes it is always time to act, even alone, that no act is more or less
significant than another.

institution). Siarhei was put on the list of “terrorists", which means that he is not
allowed to receive money transfers. He was several time sentenced for «malicious
disobedience to the demands of administration» and his total sentence is 24 years 5
months.

On the 4th of January 2023 32-year old Yaroslav Vilchevski was arrested for posting
on his telegram channel about the anarchist Mikhail Zhobitski. Radio Liberty has
called him an anarchist, but himself he is identifying himself as animal rights
activist and musician. Radio Liberty has quoted some of his comments, and he has
also criticized the mass mobilization when it was announced in Russia.

Vilchevski organised several music festivals, such as "Rock for the protection of

Bombs actions. In autumn 2022 he was admining a group on the Vkontakte social
network (similar to Facebook), and due to posts there he was arrested

The Network Case (Russia)

In October 2017, FS8 officers arrested six antifascists who played airsoft in the
woods. The FSB planted weapons and explosives in some of their vehicles, and
tortured them in pre-trial detention- beating them, hanging them upside down,
electrocuting them, and threatening them with even worse. This torture was used to
force the arrestees to validate forged testimony professing that they are part of an
alleged terrorist “network.” At the end of January 2018, four more antifascists were
arrested in St. Petersburg. They were also beaten, tortured by means of electrical
shock, and forced to agree that they too were members of this invented “network.”

In January 2019, Igor Shiskin was sentenced to 3.5 years of imprisonment. His case
was considered individually as he entered into a plea bargain. In February 2020,
Dmitry Pehelintsev received 18 years, liya Shakursky 16 years, Arman Sagynbaev &
years, Andrei Chemov 14 years, Vasily Kuksov 9 years, Mikhail Kulkov 10 years, and
Maxim Ivankin 13 years of imprisonment. In June 2020, St. Petersburg’s military
court sentenced Viktor Filinkov to 7 years and Yuli Boyarshinov to 5.5 years in a
penal colony (commuted to 5 years 3 months).

Akihiro Khanada-Gaevsky and Alexander Frantskevich were detained on August 12,
2020 and charged with participating in mass riots. Maria Rabkova and Andrei
Chepiuk were detained later and over time accused of creating and participating an
anarchist criminal organisation. In March 2021, seven more people were detained in
Brest and accused of being a chapter of this organisation. In June 2021, several
people were also detained as suspects in this case in Grodno, but were released
after 10 days. Maria Rabkova doesn't want to be associated with anarchism. In
September 2022 they were convicted to 5 to 17 years of imprisonment.

The case of the Belarusian anarcho-partisans

Sergey Romanov, Dmitry Rezanovich, Dmitry Dubovski and Igor Olinevich were
arrested on the night of 28-29 October 2020 close to Ukrainian border by Belarusian
border guards. Charged with terrorism and illegal possession of firearms. According
to prosecutors office, they organized several arson attacks in Soligorsk and Mozyr
against state institutions. On 22 December 2022 they were sentenced to 18-20
years in prison.
