‘Witing back to you folks because we know that somewhen out there, you have heard us! And your
actions have generated blips in the timeline, we are already seeing changes on the ground from when we are
writing to you, the near future, this is more than many of us can ask or have ever hoped for.. But I'm not sure
if many are moving with the understanding of whats at stake here! Psi Quantum, Chicago Quantum
Exchange, Related Midwest, IBM, the Department of Defense, they all want to build the biggest Pandoras
Box ever, a “supercomputer” (so original), and they want to absolutely ruin a perfectly serene lakefront to do
it! All in a major city, surrounded by neighbors who were never asked if they even wanted a Quantum
nightmare in their backyard in the first place! I's not hypothetical — this would cause displacement for
lower-income community members, power grid issue for the unprecedented levels of energy needed to run
the cryo-chambers, releasing so many unknown Quantum pollutions into the waters and kicking up epic
levels of toxic dust in the soil from the massive historic industrial steelworks on this very site. All bad news!
Coming soon to Chicago’s lakefront in the South Side- that is, unless we halt this history altering dystopian
tech from ever being built — unless YOU stop it from being built!

‘We see the people shouting down the developers, the alders, the exploiters, even infiltrating their
private soirées and meetings, sometimes for intel, other-times for disruption. We see the banner drops, the
soups, the work-shops, the canvassing, the rallies, the occupations, the sabotages. Something is
happening. This is all key. But be aware, those esoteric tech-fetishists in suits, they who forlom the future of
our waters to Quantum, they only pretend to listen to listen at these community town halls, this is a tired old
strategy and they are terrible at it! Their always o the same thing, rush through the permits, break ground
before they can stop it, pretend to listen to the community later, make a deal, the illusion of agreement and
satisfaction of all parties(that matter, that money). Maybe you folks don’t yet know, but history informs us of
what we have seen happening here, the “Community Benefit Agreements”, will be eventually decided upon
by a few self-appointed community leaders, but will actually be made by those most vested into the
gentrification- They just might build an expensive computer, but they still can’t crack the code on how to
DEVELOP without DISPLACEMENT. Why is that? They are thinking about the wrong things.

don’t know why this tech is good, but they will understand that they were never asked until it was all t0o late
and the project begins moving forward anyway. And while perhaps there will be some from the
neighborhood who will make a deal with the developers, we are telling you now- any such “Community
Benefits Agreement” made will be piecemeal, wholly inadequate, insulting, and will soon be broken and
will be looked back upon as a huge mistake! When they say they will build affordable housing, it never is!

work, it never will! Not for you! Who will it serve? Who will it protect? Not you!

nothing is worth more than the water. NOTHING. And yet they would poison the lake and pave over the
historic US Steelworks site, right next to tranquil Steelworkers Park, a gift given to us as forgiveness for the
‘mistakes made by the industrialists of the past, an offering to the working-classes to value their time, their
Iabor, their space, their environment, their lake - DEFEND YOUR PARK from the (at best) naive science
obsessianados, who want some abysmal technology in their backyard, on our beautiful lakefront, on
Mishigami.

In addition to the disgrace of Quantum gentrification and extreme adverse environmental effects on
Chicago’s South Shore community(and beyond), the technological significance of a working Quantum
“supercomputer” in the hands of the United State’s Department of Defense demands that every person of
conscience who opposes the increasingly accelerated and endless asymmerical war must oppose Quantum.
In your era, a vicious fascist authoritarian wields the helm of power like a mad toddler king. Do you want to
see how tech overlords intend on controlling our lives in the post Al post Quantum era? Damn the optimists,
it can always get worse, another Pandora’s Box always lurks around the corner of the future. I’s ridiculous to
think that stopping an emerging scientific or technological field is difficult or impossible. History is rife with
those who knevw, that burgeoning technologies summon greater and more profound nihilistic alienation, more
cable-chains to lock us to the machine, depriving us of our humanity, entertaining and killing us
simultancously. And people did fight, we live in a world that could have been worse, much worse, if you
could believe it. But once this Quantum genie s out of the bottle, we cannot put it back in, even if most agree
to, others will use it for their own selfish ends and we must keep up.

Formerly we understood this as a dead-ended cold-war realpolitik, and wow, just look at how
peaceful our societies are in the nuclear age! It does begs the question; why is easier to imagine the end of
the world than the end of capitalism? The answer is in it’s own myths and biases, that suicidal drive towards
the bottom line- 1t's baked in. It's not a bug, its a feature. We all can see the regressing to feudalism
occurring in your time-These rich techno-fascists love the idea of their own private empire. Most will
crumble under their own crapulence, but they all would take down the entire world in pursuit of the chase of
the dragon. This quantum tech is the perfect super-weapon to be wielded by super-villians like Musk and
‘Trump, Thiel and Yarvin, Bukele and Netanyahu, people who have more power than governments(which are
bad enough already), and oh, they literally want to live forever, on Mars, lol. They are obsessed with
fongtermism, the so-called “survival of the human race”, and all that is weird as fuck!

But DON'T PANIC! — There is a long history and future of beating back dystopian tech, and I, my
friends and comrades, after all that has happened and before what'll come, still believe that we can win!

YES, we're urging people to escalate the stakes against all the moving parts of their quantum
operation. There are many vulnerabilities, and one wrench in the works slows the whole process down,
‘maybe it just takes a litle sabotage at the right angle, at the right time... Look to the brave direct actions of
CLODO, the Committee for Liquidation or Subversion of Computers. This is just the tip of the iceberg in
terms of those who have picked up the fight, ten-thousand revolutions against tech occur each day without
being recorded, that is a good thing. You never know which one will be the one to break their tide. Just use
the bestest practices of operational security, always assume they are monitoring, and remember, just because
they haven’t nailed you right now, and you think you got away, they still can do the “Gather now, decrypt

that it actually proves the existence of multiverses! All this to be cooled by Mishigami’s waters, to
temperatures colder than the vast emptiness of outer space, a disgustingly horrific thought. All over the
world, the wild is under attack, and yes, re-wilding is inevitable, we are here urging you to act now to lessen
the damage that Quantum and other bullshit tech will most definitely unleash upon the ecosystems. We hope
