Iniialy the artwork was nohing specia. Not
bad, bul generc fried and true sharpie
drawing Wi yric nser. I works. But at
seeing the Cucuy artwork and spending 3
night o everyone looking through my tape.
collcton we decided thisartwork neccid to
be brought up a nolch. Andie spent some
serious time in the Iab and eventually we
came up withthe dea of he J-carcs having
2 window and behind them traing cards of
each member. So dumb but so awesome.
We designed some sily ass trading cards,
the band painstakingy cut out everything
and now we have this amazing tape. The
tracing cards even have tabs o he songs on
the back.Its awesome. Add in a Ive band
pholo for the back of the insert and we have

Skatepark, home 1o many recordings done on Earth
i over the years. We jammed in there. | brought

y fucking mic cable | own and we sl it up for
Tocking. During the recording | was just crouching
ext o the drums, montoring the #-rack, and having
2 fucking blast. Afte we got the drum mics setup i
Wwas al fair straight forward. We recoreded o
{akes o every song ut ke aiways, the st take was,
usually the one. Our montorng setup was less than|
ideal S0 we just had o hope everything was|
Sounding good and kinda made 1 hard 1o be real
pumped when hearing playback.But everyone was|
in good spirs and tnusted the system. And they
ustod correcty.
The next Week or 8o Was SPaRTIINg ane Weaking
Reocording straight to tape i really a cheat code.
Sometmes. Ifyou do # ight and your band is ight
You can knock out some songs that il just sound
GOOD with very e post production needed. With
alitte hep from Patty's grandma we had a finshed
procuct | fgured out that this tape i almost exactly
fong as my very short commute (0 work 0 | was
istening o this twice dally for woeks. Whie the
music was ready for a whie we decided fo walt fo
felease unt ater the 2024 hoicay season. Thi aso
gave us more time o fne fune the arwork
