Despite being divided by distance, our struggles connect us and we must support one another’s communities. I talk about Standing Rock a lot around my art because it truly did change my path forever. I’ve never met so many Native peoples from all over in one place with all of our warrior spirits ablaze. | still miss everyone dearly who became my family out there. | hope you are all well, my friends. NoDAPL - Nations from all over Turfie Isiand came fo Standing Rock, North Dakota o stand with the Lakota and Dakota peoples against the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeiine.  We Will Stop Line 3 - Stand with the.  j| Anishinaabe people opposing the construction  of he Line 3 Pipeline in Minnesota fo protect the weflands, the manoomin (wild rice), and their ancestral homelands.  Profect the Bayou - “It’s not if ’l spil, i’s when itspil.” In Houma nation, the L’eau Est La Vie camp opposed the construction of the Bayou Bridge pipeline in Louisiana fo profect the waters and peoples.  The Nambucca Forest - In 2019, wildfres began fo consume Australian forests, such as the Nambucca forest. The Gumbaynggir and Aboriginal protectors take a stand fo defend their unburnt ancestral rainforest from logging operations.  \ Protect Bristol Bay - Despite the proposed permit  for the Pebble Mine being denied, Bristol Bay, Aloska stil needs to be profected from future mining projects that threaten the salmon, the water, and the Indigenous peoples of the area.
